Swimming

Swim practice Practice starts on 1/22/2012, and is held Sunday’s from 3:30 pm to 5:00 at Swim Atlanta. Swim Atlanta is located on Cruise Road between Old Norcross Road and Sugarloaf Parkway. Approximately 30 adult swimmers and 10 young swimmers are training.

Any athlete who wants to join the Masters team must be able to swim the 25 meter pool length without stopping and be age 18 or older. Beginner swimmers or youth swimmers will train at the same time and place. Swim Coach is Chris Bloomquist who has run this program for over 10 years.

Lynette Swanson will coach the Level A (Youth and beginning older swimmers) Mondays at Bethesda Church Park, Lilburn, off Ronald Reagan.

State games are May 18-20, 2012.
