Bocce Bocce Fundraiser "Learn How to Play Bocce".

This includes instruction session and matches with awards. 06/14/2012 thru 08/09/2012 – 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm (For anyone – Special Olympians, Family, Friends) Coach CeCe Turner's Home, 1445 Millhaven Drive, Auburn, 30011 RSVP. $5.00 per session.

07/21/2012 Saturday BBQ at Cece Turner's Home at 4:00 pm. Bring your favorite dish and soft drinks.

07/24/2012 Competition Practice starts on Tuesdays from 6:30 pm-7:30 pm. Rhodes Jordan Park, Pavilion 3, 100 East Crogan Street Lawrenceville, GA 30046 Follow the GMSO signs.

Golden Games 2012

Gwinnett County's Seniors (ages 50 and above) have Senior Olympics each year called the Gwinnett Golden Games during April and May. Anyone who turns 50 and older in 2012 may participate in the Gwinnett Golden Games. This includes Special Olympians, their parents, siblings, and caregivers who are 50 and up on or before December 31, 2012. Gwinnett Masters Special Olympics will be sending athletes to participate in two events in the 2012 Gwinnett Golden Games. Those two events which Gwinnett Masters will participate in are Bocce Ball (May 8) and Field Games – Outdoor (April 20) (which will include Shot Put and Softball Throw) Cost $15 for Gwinnett Residents, $30 for Non-Residents. Includes tshirt, opening/closing ceremonies, and numerous other activities.
